About Rocky Road Farms Angus

Rocky Road Farms Angus is owned and operated by Matt & SuAnn Solverson of Darlington, WI.  Matt was raised on a dairy farm in Southwest Wisconsin, and he always had an interest in cattle. His wife, SuAnn, grew up in Northwest Illinois, and her family produced Registered Angus cattle.  Beginning with a small cow/calf herd in 2019, we began to purchase registered Angus cattle from proven seed stock herds. We have slowly grown our females through artificial insemination, choosing maternal lines which focus on maternal efficiency, calving ease, docility, easy-keeping cattle, and quality meat.
